CV Room

We have a variety of CV training kit in a dedicated large, airy room with varied background music that is controlled from the reception.  We are sure you will find this an inspirational environment and there are going to be new kit additions in the near future. We currently have Air Machine & Life Fitness machines consisting of running machines, cross trainers, step machines, recumbent bikes and upright bikes.  We current plan is to gradually transition over to Life Fitness for all CV equipment. There are also a multitude of mirrors around the room to ensure that you are able to monitor your own form.
