Free Weights Room

Included in our free Weights Room are a couple of complimentary static machines – namely a Smith’s Machine, Cable Cross-Over & Lat Pull down/Dip machine.  A wide variety of Dumbells, Barbells, Benches and Plates are available and more equipment is continually sourced to ensure we meet the needs of our members.  Again a variety of training mirrors are positioned to allow for correct form to be monitored.  There is also heavy duty rubber matting in the heavier weight areas.
