Nautilus Training Room

For the true purist this static training kit has been here since the club opened in 1981 and is still going strong today.  Many of our long-standing members prefer using this equipment as it does exactly what it says on the tin.  It is simple to use, robust and offers a great alternative to the free-weights gym and many exercise goals can be achieved using the Nautilus equipment.
